The Rapala Digitial Line Counter is a unique new line counter that is compatible with both baitcasting and spinning tackle. This is incredibly innovative because in the past add-on line counters were typically only compatible with baitcasting reels.
The Digital Line Counter works well for both casting and trolling bait presentations and has a depth alarm that can be set to alert you when you have let out a set amount of line. You can also use it while spooling up reels to make sure they are loaded with a precise amount of line. The digital display is backlit so it's easy to read in the sun and has a battery status indicator that shows the remaining charge.
