This underwater camera panner features a 360° center-lock wheel that allows you to rotate and change the viewing position of your camera, giving you a full picture of what's under the ice. The wheel makes it easy to attach your camera cable: just feed the cable through the side cut-outs and cleat the cable into the locks. Plus, the Rapala camera panner has folding arms for compact transport and storage.
