DCH Gift & Discount Cards
How we credit your item when you have a DCH Discount Card that is Bundled with your item.
FAQ 1 - Will the value of the DCH Discount Card be taken from the price of the item? Yes. For example, let's say you purchase an item that costs $399 and it is bundled with a $40 DCH discount card. Your purchase at check-out will still show $399. But when we charge your Credit Card or PayPal account for your purchase we will only charge $399 minus the $40 DCH gift card for a total of $359. If sales tax is involved, it will also be adjusted.
FAQ 2 - How and how long does it take for me to receive credit for my DCH Discount Card? Right after check-out and before the item is shipped.
FAQ 3 - What happens if I return the item that I bought that included the DCH Discount Card? Your refund will be reduced by the amount of the Bundled DCH Discount Card.
FAQ 4 - Why do we bundle DCH Discount Cards instead of just discounting the price of the item? Agreements we must enter into with some suppliers include MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) agreements. That means we cannot advertise an item below MAP with very few exceptions. Our way of discounting the item for you without breaking our contract is to bundle a DCH Discount Card with your purchase.
